Here's another announcement that has not been publicised. At the Health Select Committee last week Stephen Dorrell said that the government is working on a policy for co-pay for NHS treatment. This will be the end of "free at the point of delivery". What irony that a Conservative government who could not even gain a majority will destroy the greatest achievement of this country: free and equitable healthcare.
